Orders are sent via Australia Post (standard service).
Delivery is on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods, bushfires, train derailments etc.).
Delivered with Safe Drop - Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.
Your order will be despatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.
East-West Rail Line Closure

Australia Post has advised us that floods across Western Australia may result in delays to delivery orders across the state. Currently, most impacts are due to the East-West Rail Line closure which effects Western Australia and the eastern states, and the line has been closed as a result. With more severe weather forecast, the line may remain closed for several days.
