JUST SHOP™ REWARDS - MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note: Just Shop Rewards has closed, as of 30 June 2025.

1. Introduction and acceptance

These membership terms (Terms) apply to your participation in the JUST SHOP™ REWARDS program (JUST SHOP™). By registering as a member or using your digital JUST SHOP™ REWARDS membership card in-store or online, you agree that these Terms apply, including any amendments to these Terms we post on our website.

2. About the JUST SHOP™ REWARDS program

JUST SHOP™ REWARDS is a customer loyalty program operated in Australia and New Zealand by Just Group Limited ACN 096 911 410.

The brands participating in JUST SHOP™ are limited to Dotti™, Jacqui E™, Jay Jays™, Just Jeans™ and Portmans™.

JUST SHOP™ replaces the previous Just Jeans loyalty program of the same name, which ended in October 2024. If you hold an existing Just Jeans loyalty program voucher, that voucher remains valid until it expires. Other information on the transition of rewards and benefits from the previous Just Jeans loyalty program has been provided to members by email, but if you have any questions please email us at customerservice@justshoprewards.com.au. Previous Just Jeans loyalty program members do not need to re-register to become members of JUST SHOP™.

3. Membership and eligibility

Just Shop Rewards has closed, as of 30 June 2025. Unfortunately, we are no longer signing up new members.

The MYER one loyalty program will extend to Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Portmans from 1 August 2025. This means you can earn MYER one Credits on purchases made at these brands and earn Rewards that can be redeemed in our stores.

4. Your membership card

Just Shop Rewards has closed, as of 30 June 2025.

To redeem JUST SHOP™ REWARDS, members must before 26 July 2025:

  • (in store) present their Membership Card at the point-of-sale, or provide a registered email address or mobile number; or
  • (online) log-in to their online account before making a purchase.

Note: All Rewards and benefits not redeemed by 26 July 2025 will be forfeited.

5. Earning points

The Just Shop Rewards program closed on 30 June 2025.

6. Redeeming JUST SHOP™ REWARDS

Due to the Just Shop Rewards program closing, all rewards and benefits must be redeemed by 26 July 2025.

JUST SHOP™ REWARDS are redeemable in store and online at Dotti™, Jacqui E™, Jay Jays™, Just Jeans™ and Portmans™ only. JUST SHOP™ REWARDS are not redeemable for cash.

A $20 minimum spend after any savings and discounts (Minimum Spend) applies to redeem a JUST SHOP™ REWARD. Minimum spend does not include purchases of gift cards, carry bags, delivery fees, charity items or the redemption of another JUST SHOP™ Reward.

You can redeem multiple JUST SHOP™ REWARDS in a single transaction, provided each JUST SHOP™ REWARD meets the Minimum Spend. This means, for example, that the redemption of two JUST SHOP™ REWARDS requires a minimum spend of $40.

A JUST SHOP™ REWARD must be fully redeemed in a single transaction, that is, JUST SHOP™ REWARDS cannot be split across more than one purchase.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to offer special or bonus JUST SHOP™ REWARDS that might be subject to additional terms and conditions.

7. Returning goods: what happens to Points and JUST SHOP™ REWARDS

If you redeemed a JUST SHOP™ REWARD and/or benefit when you made your purchase, the total amount you paid for that purchase will have been reduced by the amount of the JUST SHOP™ REWARD and/or benefit redeemed. If you have changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, you may either:

      1. Obtain a refund, and the amount refunded will be the amount paid after any JUST SHOP™ REWARDS and/or benefit was applied. The value of the JUST SHOP™ REWARDS and/or benefit for the returned item will be credited to your account to use before 26 July 2025; or
      2. Exchange the purchase for another item at the time of return, and the value of JUST SHOP™ REWARDS and/or benefit for the returned item will be applied to your new purchase

Otherwise, your JUST SHOP™ REWARDS and/or benefit will be forfeited. All unused JUST SHOP™ REWARDS will be forfeited after 26 July 2025.

All returns will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.

8. Birthday rewards

The Just Shop Rewards program has now closed. Any outstanding Birthday Rewards must be fully redeemed in a single transaction, and can be redeemed in the same transaction as a Just Shop Reward. Any Birthday Rewards must be redeemed by 26 July 2025 or is forfeited. This includes Just Shop Birthday Rewards that have been issued and have an expiry date after 26 July 2025.

9. Responsibilities of members and membership limitations

Keep your membership information safe. We are not responsible for unused Points or Vouchers, misappropriated Membership Cards or any failure to identify yourself when shopping with us.

Membership, Points, Bonus Points, JUST SHOP™ REWARDS and Birthday Rewards are non-transferable and can’t be shared.

Membership is available for personal, and not business use.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a membership for any suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised sharing, breaches of these Terms or misuse.

We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate JUST SHOP™ in its entirety. If we do this, we’ll give you at least 30 days notice.

10. Privacy

When you interact with us, we collect data. Sometimes you give it to us, for example when you join the program you give us information that we need to administer the program, or when you order a product you tell us where to deliver it. Sometimes we collect it automatically, such as through cookies on our website.

We will share your information with approved third parties that help us administer the Just Shop Rewards program and our related body corporate. We know how important your personal information is to you and we’re committed to safeguarding your data.
